Frequently Asked Questions

Enrollment

Question:
Where do I sign up for this course?

Answer:
Go to the registration page to enroll! All you need to do is complete all the appropriate fields, and you're enrolled. If you prefer to register with a live person over the phone, you may also call us at 866-537-4835 during normal business hours, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Once you've enrolled, you can begin right away.

Question:
I don't see my court listed. Can I still enroll?

Answer:
Before you register, contact your court and ask for permission to take our online course if it is not on our list of approved courts.

Question:
Why do I need to pay you for traffic school when I've already paid the court?

Answer:
The traffic school fee you paid to the court is actually only a court fee. All traffic schools charge fees to enroll.

Question:
How much does it cost to enroll in your program?

Answer:
The price to participate in our program is $14.95, and this includes your completion certificate, basic delivery and, if your court requires it, attendance of a test site.

Question:
Do I need to pay with a credit card? Are there alternatives?

Answer:
Paying by credit card is just one of several payment options that we offer. You may also pay with your debit card, check by phone, mail in check or money order. Once you've completed your registration, if you choose to pay by credit or debit card, we will send you to a completely secure page where you will be able to make your payment. This page is encrypted to protect your personal information.

Another option we provide is payment by check over the telephone. Simply contact one of our customer service representatives and ask for this option.

You may also send us a money order or check by mailing it to:

365TrafficSchool.com
23679 Calabasas Road #212
Calabasas, CA 91302

Be sure to send the check or money order before you complete the course so your certificate can be processed on time.

Question:
Is the course for traffic violators only, or can I take the course voluntarily?

Answer:
Our course is open to anyone, including those who wish to brush up their knowledge on traffic safety laws and techniques. It's important to note that you can only attend traffic school once every eighteen months to satisfy court requirements, so this option will not be available to you if you are cited for a traffic violation within that period.

Taking the Course

Question:
Can I use someone else's computer or Internet access?

Answer:
All you need in order to participate is Internet access. Any computer that is hooked up to the web will allow you to work on our course, whether it be at home, work, or the library. You can even participate using different computers at various times if needed.

Question:
How long will it take to complete this course?

Answer:
It's really up to you. Generally, it should not take you longer to finish our course than it would if you took a traditional in-class traffic school program, which is eight hours. However, you may work at your own pace, and there is no pressure to finish. Keep in mind the deadline set forth by your court if you are taking the course to clear a ticket from your record.

Question:
Must I complete the program all at once?

Answer:
If you wanted to, you can sit through the program from beginning to end, but that is not required. You can complete the course in sections, which is made easier by the fact we've broken it up into several sections to give you the flexibility to decide when to stop. The program keeps a record of your progress, allowing you to easily return to where you left off. Just be sure to complete a section before you log off to get full credit for it. You can log on and off as often as you need, 365 days a year.

Question:
I've already enrolled but can't get back into the program. What do I do?

Answer:
If you have enrolled already, you should have your username and password. Just enter them in the appropriate boxes on our homepage whenever you need to return to the program. If you forgot or lost your username or password, call us at 866-537-4835.

Question:
How soon will I receive my certificate of completion?

Answer:
Once you have successfully completed the course, a certificate of completion is issued for you. The certificate is sent either directly to you or the court, depending on where you were cited. It is your responsibility to submit the certificate to the court if it is sent to you. If the certificate is to be sent directly to your court, contact the court within a couple of weeks to confirm.

Testing

Question:
Will I need to attend a test site?

Answer:
Certain counties require all traffic schools to verify their student identity. These counties are: Alameda, Kern, Kings, Madera, San Bernardino (excluding residents of Joshua Tree) and San Diego. Verification can now be accomplished online, at a testing facility, or in front of a notary.

Obtaining Your Certification

Question:
How long will it take to get the certificate?

Answer:
Normally, we send out completion certificates within 2-3 days of graduation via mail. We do offer expedited delivery if you are in a rush. When you enroll, you will see the different mailing options. You will not be able to print your own completion certificate online due to security concerns. Our office will instead send the original certificate to either you or the court.

Program Policies

Question:
What is the policy on cancellations and refunds?

Answer:
If you are not satisfied with our program for any reason, we will send you a refund as long as you cancel prior to taking the final. If you complete the final exam a refund will not be issued. No exceptions.

Question:
What do I do if I get disqualified from the program?

Answer:
Our program may disqualify you if you click on the back button while in the program or if you fail to correctly answer a security question. If that occurs, you must contact our office at 866-537-4835 for reinstatement.

Question:
My deadline for completion of traffic school is approaching or has passed. Can I get an extension of the due date?

Answer:
If you miss or are nearing your due date, you should contact your court and inquire about an extension. Traffic Schools cannot extend your deadline for you.

Technical Issues

Question:
What can I do if I get disconnected while in the middle of a section?

Answer:
Getting knocked off-line is unfortunately common due to the nature of the Internet. That may occur due to a call interrupting your connection, your computer freezing, or by just a lost connection. Our website has no control over your Internet connection, but our program does keep track of your progress. Once you complete the test for a section, your progress will be noted and you will be able to start the next section whether you log off or not.
